when you submit your plans, desires and worries to the Lord, He provides you with what you need. He knew how much I loved Mexico and the people there, he was the one who laid it on my heart to go there and to love them int he first palce. so only naturally did He decide that Ishould go back, I just didn't know when. So how cool is it that I get to re-visit the place where I first felt the Lord callingme into full time missions. HOW AWESOME!!!!!!! What a blessing!!!!!!!!!!

| Home Sweet Home..........................
Europe was.....................interesting. The Lord worked in some amazing ways and brought a ton of new great people into my life, but actual Europe was not so great. Ask and I'll explain, let's just say it wasn't for me. Maybe if I was rather well off and able to see it at my pace and stay where I wanted to stay. Anyway, Galena was awesome. Relaxing and just plain good to see my extended family. Now back to nannying and then Mallory's wedding this weekend! Yay! I finally get to see all my friends down in Springfield, gosh I miss them sooooo much! Hopefully I'll get to spend some much needed time with my Erica and Ms. Amy Griffin and everyone else:)

It is interesting to see that the etymology of the word means to sow or the action of sowing. Lately I've sat here, wondering what life has in store for me. Well, what God has in store for me. People say "The Lord has such great things planned for you, you are going to do amazing things." But sometimes we let Satan get our goat and we believe him. My sister reminded me today that he is the king of darkness and the father of all lies, ALL lies. Don't you see? Everything that he makes you think is true about yourself, about others, about your past, about your future, it's WRONG! So when we think that we're ugly, fat, that person is so mean, stupid, my past is too terrible for Jesus to wipe clean, my future is hindered by that past, I won't ever amount to anything; all those thought are LIES! From the enemy himself, and we believe him.
I know it is something we all struggle with, even those people that you think are perfect, trust me, they deal with it the most, instead of believing those lies, they refuse to hear them and instead forge ahead and do anything and everything to be the best, often times hurting people along the way and hardening their hearts so that they don't even have to think about being lonely or upset, which is when those lies cause the most hurt and frustration.
My future has alot to hold, I still have 3.5 to 5 years of college yet, plus grad school, seminary and then the mission field permanently. I mean, this is what I have planed, of course the Lord could have different plans for me, I mean, I am confident that HE has called me to do missions overseas, not just here in the states, but He may not send me until I'm 40, or He may send me the day I graduate college. You never know, gut isn't it exciting to know that HE has so much in store for you? SO many exciting things planned for me and you?
I miss Springfield greatly. Being layed up from surgery for a week and a half really messes with your mind and tears at your heart when no one comes to visit you. No one bothers to call. I had one person come see me, Ms. Laurel Smith. How awesome, she surprised me and we had a great time chatting in my backyard, then we had this hilarious talk with my dad for a long time and then ran up to Fritz's for a much needed Turtle sundae:) mmmmmmmm:) I was really hurting that no one seemed to care, I mean it was strange, no one even called to see if I could hang out, I told a few people about the surgery, and yet no one even called to hang out not even knwoing I couldn't do anything. I was really sad, then angry then really pissed off. And then my mom said that maybe the Lord was wanting this time for Him alone. I felt so stupid once I realized it, and then my heart started to change. I didn't chew anyone out, I just brushed it off and pressed on ahead to get better for my big trip. The clearer my head, the clearer my heart. And the clearer my heart the better I am to serve once I'm in Europe, and here as well.
Anyway, I leave for theCzech Republic this thursday,a dn then Germany from there. I get back in July, I am so excited! I can't wait to go the the World Cup! But most of all, I can't wait to sing praises to Jesus and serve over in Europe, I've never been there before!

I am SOOOOOO glad Ben is home safely from Africa and that I got to spend the weekend with some of the coolest kids around, my hubby (Ryan), Benji (Wahlman), Andrew, Dylan, Steve, Bob, Joey, Ry's friend (memory lapse with name-opps!, Christina (who Laurel found in a field..........lol ahahah), Laurel, NADIA, Abby, Alyson, Whiggs (HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), Mama J and Billy Bob, and of course the wonderfly crazy Ronald, Dr. Pasque and some other dudes who came along. It was so fun, I ams o glad I fought Satan and refused the other plans, I overcame a HUGE temptation with the help of our awesome LORD and had a great time of worship and fun on the water with some wonderful Christian friends. Oh ya how could I forget RObbie was there! It was good to get to know him better (his nickname is PK froem me.........or Laurel should I say "my beautiful mermaid"..........lol!)
